Dr. Wasser is a professor who is extremely passionate about teaching students. Whenever he speaks in front of the students, his face lights up with a spark in his voice that conveys how he feels about both his job and field of study. I fondly remember how interactive his lectures were and how enthusiastic he was to teach physiology to his students. Additionally, Dr. Wasser always took the time to check up on his students to see if we were meeting our educational goals.

Dr. Wasser even spent time to enrich student education outside of the curriculum to provide additional lectures of interest that were related to his subject matter but also applied to other fields. Of note, Dr. Wasser and his programs also emphasized to me the importance of being a mindful and responsible individual. My personal perspective as a future global citizen and lifelong learner has been influenced much by the way Dr. Wasser views the world and how we should try to approach it.
